Starting July 10th, Allergan launched a Juvederm registration promotion on Facebook. Consumers that sign up for the Juvederm benefits program after becoming a ‘Friend of Juvederm’will enter the program code FACEBOOK and receive a $50 rebate in their Welcome email to print and bring to a local physician. This promotion applies to new registrations only and can not be combined with any other offer.

  • This is a pilot program beginning 7/10 with a planned end-date of 7/19.
  • Consumers have 6 weeks to get a Juvederm treatment from the date they register and 30-days following treatment to submit the rebate form.
