Allergan is pleased to announce a great $50 Juvederm rebate for all your patients that become “Friends of Juvederm”on Facebook. As you can see below, there is a short turn around on joining and getting the rebates. I would encourage you to send an email to your patients and encourage them to click and save!
Starting July 10th, Allergan launched a Juvederm registration promotion on Facebook. Consumers that sign up for the Juvederm benefits program after becoming a ‘Friend of Juvederm’will enter the program code FACEBOOK and receive a $50 rebate in their Welcome email to print and bring to a local physician. This promotion applies to new registrations only and can not be combined with any other offer.
- This is a pilot program beginning 7/10 with a planned end-date of 7/19.
- Consumers have 6 weeks to get a Juvederm treatment from the date they register and 30-days following treatment to submit the rebate form.
- This offer can not be combined with any other rebate offer and is non-transferable.
- The rebate forms have a unique validation code and to prevent fraud, can not be printed multiple times.
- This offer can not be duplicated for in-office distribution.
